It is remarkable time to arrive in a little Mallorca village and find the streets festooned with flags, buntings, and streamers. Add the sight of a local band playing festive music in the plaza and a crowd of locals and tourists having a good time celebrating the local fiesta. These are wholesome affairs and the locals are especially thrilled for visitors to join in the merriment.
