Mallorca Events: from May to August
May
Festa de Nostra Sanyora de la Victoria. Held in Soller and Port de Soller every 2nd Sunday of May, these mock battles are staged to remember the raid by the Turkish pirates in 1561 , this is a very informative and fun event in terms of Mallorcan History .
June
Corpus Christi . Held in Pollenca, Mallorca, this is also celebrated in the whole of Spain. It includes the 'Dance of the Eagles' and is performed in the main town square of Mallorca
Sant Antoni de Juny Held in Arta every June 13th, this feast also includes parades of local Mallorcans dressed up as horses.
Romeria de Sant Marcal . June 30th, in Sa Cabeneta, Mallorca.
July
Dia de Virgen de Carmen . Held all over the Balearic islands on July 15th and 16th, the feast of the patron saint of sailors includes parades and the blessing of fishing boats!
Passejada dies Bou i Carro Triunfal July 27th to 28th, held in Valldemossa , Mallorca , this celebration includes a feast , a bull and a procession of carts!
August
Copa del Rey - first week in August, held in Palma, Mallorca, this large and very popular international yachting regatta is held under the patronage of King Juan Carlos!

Sant Ciriac - August 8th, although held in Ibiza, the feast commemorates the Spanish recapture of these three islands, Ibiza, Mallorca / Mallorca and Menorca.
Assumption of the Virgin - August 15th, this is a major festival that is held throughout Spain.
Sant Agustin - August 28th, held in Felantix , Mallorca, this fiesta includes horse-riding shows and dancing.
