We also went to a olive oil factory. Well the tour actually gained my respect of the health benefits of the olive oil. Yet the process this company used gained my admiration. The company is still using the same technique used a hundred years ago in extracting the olive oil. The procedure in extracting the olive oil from the time of harvesting to the extracting of the oil was shown in the video. then we were guided to see the machine that does the job. Of course, we did not leave their premises without tasting the best olive oil ever produced.
There is so much to see in Mallorca actually but we got children in tow so I don’t think that they will be pleased in staring at architecture and museums the whole day. So, on our second day, we spent the whole just frolicking and playing in the sand and water with the kids. Our family is lucky enough to experience such a fine weather.
